Return and Refund Policy

All products sold are NOT RETURN AND REFUNDABLE except for quality defective. If there is quality defective, kindly refer to the PRODUCT DEFECTS section below for new product shipment.

 

Product Defects

1. All parcel will be packed in Cooler Beg. If the parcel is not in good condition when you receive, please contact us within 24hours.  

    a. Take a photo of your invoice and the parcel.

    b. Send us the photos and we will replace a new parcel for you.


2. If you accidentally received the parcel and only found the defect products after you open the parcel,

    a. Take a photo of the defect product and send to our customer service

    b. We will do compensate within two (2) working days.


3. If you found that the product received isn't same with what you ordered,

     a. Take a photo of the defect product and send to our customer service

     b. If we are shipping the wrong product to you, you can returned back and we will send out the exact product to you.
